MERGI ™ - the leading combustion catalyst in the market

MERGI ™ Combustion Catalyst reduces the ignition delay of fuel, which improves the combustion efficiency. This results in lower maintenance costs (reduced piston ring breakage and seizure, ring and liner wear, fouling of turbo chargers and economizer, etc), and lower fuel consumption. It also allows the use of lower quality fuels and reduces the emissions of CO, NOx and HC. MERGI ™ improves the combustion of fuels, such as heavy fuel, MDO, gas oil, gasoline / petrol, diesel. It can be used in marine and stationary engines (slow, medium and high speed) as well as in boilers.

Application Method: For civil use in trucks and cars, we supply special dosage bottles, or MERGI ™ Combustion Catalyst may be introduced to the tanks at dedicated filling stations for fleet users. For marine use, a fully automated dosage system will be supplied that is connected to and activated by the transfer pump.

Handling: MERGI ™ Combustion Catalyst contains petroleum distillate and is harmful if swallowed. Material Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
